Terms and Conditions

Booking

50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Balance payment must be made before check-in. Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Guest Count

Charges will be applicable as per the confirmed guest count, even if attendance is lower.

Electricity

Brahmakuteer is located in a rural setting. Power backup is available; however, brief interruptions may occur. Outdoor lighting is minimized after 10:30 PM to preserve the natural environment.

No Smoking & No Alcohol

Smoking, alcohol, tobacco, and all intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited within the premises.

Dining

Meals are served during scheduled dining hours only.

Guest Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Brahmakuteer is not liable for any loss or damage.

Property Damage

Any damage to rooms, facilities, or property will be chargeable to the guest.

Safety

Guests are requested to follow all safety guidelines during activities. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Force Majeure

Brahmakuteer shall not be liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Management Rights

The management reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue services in case of inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
